Hi Phil,Mine all came at once and I can’t recall any unarotwd taxes?I found RRS to be very good to deal with and After writing the review where I highlighted the need for lock tight on the feet, they sent me 3 new feet with locktight FOC and unprompted!Pretty cool service I thought and I can tell you that I have definitely put my gear through its paces in some pretty rough terrain and it is still going strong and I love using it everytime I pull it out.It is so far ahead of anything else I have seen it is lonely!I hope you enjoy the gear as much as I have Phil!
